Sarah contacted me about a session while all her family was going to be together “9 adults and 5 children”.  So I headed to La Cresta, but this time instead of hiking through brush I got to visit this family at their beautiful home.  I really love this area and I love it when families are able to have a session in the comfort of their own home.

I thought this one was cute…the little guy on the left is the same age as my Jace and he was not down for having his picture taken, he’s about to make his get-a-way!

Yvonne and I have been talking about taking some pictures of just her and her daughter for a while now.    We are always stuck behind the camera and we don’t end up getting the photos we want of our own families.  It’s great to have a freind to do your photos, but we still have to take time to get it done!!

We had fun even though we got stuck with stickers and I’ll have to admit I was a just a little bit scared of being bitten by a snake!  I’ll have to get over that because I love these type of locations, I just don’t know enough about how to be “safe”.

Pretty little LeiaWe both want to get pics with our cameras too….I’ll be up next :)  Us doing sessions for each other is the next best thing to being behind the camera yourself.  Yvonne let me know what shots she wanted and I show her as we go along.  I take my own shots along the way too…best of both worlds.  Love ya girlie!!
