You will probably recognize Krysta + Omar in this session! Krysta’s sister Melinda contacted me for a family session which was great since I’ll be seeing all of them at Krysta’s wedding next year <3
Cookies and Cream is the title of this post cause somethimes it takes a little cookies and ice cream to keep the little ones happy throughout the session 
Last week I had so much fun photographing preschool students for their fall photos. About 70 students in 2 days along with class and teacher photos. Another reason to be crafty and stick some fall leave on a brand I stole out of the yard. Here are a few of the cuties from our shoot…
“put your hands on your hips”…I thought this was too cute…gotta love little ones…
My biggest compliment and accomplishment of the first day was getting this guy in front of the camera and even smiling by the end of our time together. Mom said he has never interacted in photos before and while he wasn’t crying he was just quietly expressing he was not having it, but luckily I have a little boy of my own and I was so proud of him for doing so well and taking pictures with his little sister 
Oh how I’ve missed this little face!! Last time I saw Bella she wasn’t walking or talking and now she’s gonna be 3 soon! What a perfect session too….awesome location, great lighting, beautiful family and hello…awesome props by me! Well wind blown props at that…it was so windy, we got what we could until little Bella got too cold. I love the images we got in such a short amount of time….
as if we needed anymore wind, Bella thought she’d add some 
rockin’ the accessories..
I said it was so windy we were going to blow away…Bella grabbed her mom and said “it’s ok mommy…I got you”
I love how she knew my name and practiced her cheese…but her serious face is so beautiful….
next time I see them they will probably be a family of 4!! Congrats to you guys for your baby girl on the way 
Cathy wanted a session with all her kids & grand kids together. It was a beautiful day…a bit chilly, but I’ll take it over any drizzle and rain! This group was great…so photogenic! I always try to get the must have shots done quick before little ones get grumpy, but they did so good we finish the session in less than an hour, I could of shot them all day!!
You couldn’t keep these little ones out of the trees….little monkeys!!

I’ve had this frame for a while…it was nice to get some use out of it!! 
These crazy love birds are expecting boy #3!! Can’t wait til the newborn session in February if all goes as planned 
Mom wanted some pics with her son Nathan who is turning 6 in January. From what she said…it’s been too long. Wow it’s crazy the stages kids go through. He did not want kisses or cuddles from mom, she said it just started a week or so prior cause now he has a girl he likes at school. I told him you love momma first and you’re allowed to like girls and still love mom I’m gonna enjoy my hugs and kisses from my little one while I can! I give him a kiss and he says “thank you for the kisses momma”…I’m sure Nathan will be back on the cuddle track with mom soon!!
poor guy, I moved the balloons for a shot and 5 of them flew away, he wanted to save them, I guess the place they went to didn’t do the best tie job…I told him I’ll owe him some next time…
He latched on to these clovers and brought them along for most of the shoot…
