It was a little breath of fresh air to spend part of my afternoon with baby Jack and his family yesterday.  Jack is 3 months old and one of his olding siblings is just 2 days younger than my Jace.  I always love seeing children Jace’s age and what they are up to!  His mom has her hands full and is obviously meant for motherhood. ♥

Little Jack was conceived while Jamie was visiting her husband while on leave from the Army.  She purchased this outfit when she was there because she had wanted one for her daughter and just decided to get on in blue…”you never know what’s coming for you” in this case I think she did! Look at those baby blues….*adorable*I know he is wondering what I’m doing to him here….I thought it was cute anyways!

This weekend we had another beautiful wedding in Garden Grove.  It was really great being a part of their day.  They are such an awesome, laid back couple and I wish them the best future ahead.  I really enjoyed listening to their pastory during the ceremony talk about all the things that marriage should be and reminders for the couple during their lives together.

Amber and James were married aboard the Athena Yacht at the Lido Marina in Newport Beach.  This was the third wedding Yvonne and I have photographed on a yacht and each time is gets more fun!  Amber is Yvonne’s step-sister and I had a blast second shooting for her.  Such a fun wedding with great people, all my favorite music and tons of dancing at the reception.  They did the garter, bouqet and cake cutting and the party just kept going.

Carter just turned one a few days before my lil monster turned 2.  I last photographed him when he was just a couple of months old.  He is walking like a pro even in flip flops his momma got him that were a just a little bit too big. ;)  He’s such a cutie and loves his Curious George monkey.  We headed down to Laguna Beach to get some pics of the big boy and some of the family together.

Had to show Carter’s view of mom & dad singing “I just can’t get enough” by Barney I guess.  When they were singing it I was so thinking of the 80’s Depeche Mode.  They tried to get me to sing it too…luckily he looked with out me having to sing!Love, love, love it!  My fav I didn’t know it was Candy’s birthday til we got back to their house.  Luckily I took this pic of her alone…  Every mom needs a pic by themselves looking beautiful Happy Birthday Candy!

There is not a whole lot of variety at the beach so I like to add my own with different processing.Candy really wanted to get a pic of Carter with his feet in the water…well we got it alright.  At least we had a good excuse to put him in his hoodie and take a few more pics!

Today I got to catch up with a good friend and capture photos of her family…Robles & Rodgers.  Since you’ve seen these guys on my site before I thought I would tell you the story of the Michelles.  I met Michelle Rodgers (formerly Robles) a good 10+ years ago through her best friend Michelle Brower.  She met Danny Rodgers through his brother Robert and his girlfriend Michelle Smith.  Michelle and Danny were married 10.28.06.  Michelle and Robert married 9.27.08.  Robert and Danny also have a sister Michelle.  Not to mention my friend Michelle Juric who’s wedding we photographed 10.4.08.  So you could imagine what my cell phone address book looks like!!

Anyhow…we had fun trekking around the brush taking pictures in the heat.  It was a hot one today and by the time we were done we were all sneezing!!  So much for enjoying the outdoors I had to post the one on the right…both the boys decided they wanted to go with mom.  So shows a mom’s life Isaac had fun exploring…

My baby turned 2 today and since I haven’t been posting much around here I thought I’d share a few pics from our day.

Kristen and Richard were high school sweethearts.  Their day was filled with personal touches that made it all their own.  From SC socks and garters to chili dogs for Richard instead of salad it was never a dull moment!  I started the day out with the guys and I knew I would have an easy day ahead as soon as I saw Richard’s big smile.  I love it when couples are not shy to get the shots that they want.  The remainder of the day was spent dancing, laughing and kissing.  These two are so genuinely caring and sweet…I wish them the absolute best for their future together.

For some reason I wanted to post the grand entrance and their grand exit…;)
