Tanner is 6 months old, sitting up like a big boy and chewing on everything 
I love this age…sitting up and mostly happy to just be exploring the world. I thought he looked so cute all nakie with his Christmas props.

Desilee is 3 months old! She loves being held by mommy or daddy, the sound of the vacuum cleaner, to take lots of naps and after this session we found out she likes to lay in streamers She is such a cutie and I can’t wait til our next sessions when she will probably be sitting up!

Little Tanner is 3 months already! Mom knows his schedule and when he’s happiest so we started around 1pm. Usually on newborn sessions moms will ask me if it makes me want to have another and and I pretty much always say no way!…but this age and up to 9 months and you better keep an eye on your kids when I leave or I might pack em up!! Couldn’t get enough of this little guy…like I said on my Facebook “Holy cuteness!!”

I love crazy carefree moms mom wanted a pic in the outfit for grandma and we were wondering to to get the ball in there…she propped him up and the ball and I loved his face! 
Savannah is a month old and she did go great at her session! She had the cutest diaper cover ever and it was great to hear about mom and dad having a pretty easy time making an adjustment adding a little one into the family. Mom is already talking about her one year old session…which I love and I’m sure will be super cute.

I met James & Melissa at the Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook where they were married 2 1/2 years ago to do their family session including their 3 month old daughter Taylor. I thought it was such a great idea to go back and visit this special place for them to capture their growing family. Little Taylor is such a cutie and it seems like the 3 month olds are making it about 40 minutes…then she had enough, fell asleep and we got some more photos of just her
As we were shooting these kittens came out from the bushes. Melissa was working it…”see they like us”…James said they had enough cats at home (4) and they couldn’t afford anymore…well when Melissa talked about bringing home some extra sushi for these little ones since they were staying the weekend there I understood why they couldn’t afford anymore and wished I was a cat in their house!!
They are cat lovers and once came home from Florida with one. They just couldn’t resist. These little ones followed us all the way back from our session and were hanging out by my car. I resisted…and I think Melissa determined they are probably happier living at the beautiful resort playing all day long 
As I arrived to the resort I saw this patch of grass and just had to get some shots of Tayor laying in it. At the end of the session we were looking for it and I just about gave up. Thanks Melissa for trusting me and keeping us going….I absolutely loved this spot and she was comfy taking a little nap.
