Meet Edwina. She is on a leave from a one year deployment in Iraq for two weeks and she wanted to do a family session including her sister and nephews. He husband is also in service but he is close to home at this time. To be so dedicated to serving your country to spend so much time away from your family is something I truly admire. Luckily in her case her little ones aren’t so little anymore
I had so much fun with all of them. It’s great when you get to the part of the session when I tell them to “talk amongst yourselves for a bit” and you get instant genuine smiles. And a big thanks to the boys for protecting me from some wild insects and dealing with the mad case of allergies I had that day!
